You can pay all for all services and food inside the hotel with credit card. Please take in consideration that outside the hotel, all services, foods and drinks must be paid in cash.

In accordance with restrictions and norms of Tikal National Park, we can only run our power generators on certain schedules, providing the rooms with limited power after 10 p.m. The energy provided from 10 pm until 6 a.m. can power a ceiling fan, night light and power outlet. It is important to take in count that this can change depending on the season’s demand.

According to Tikal National policies, it’s obligatory to hire a profesional tour guide for the sunrise and sunset tours. The park’s regular schedule without the need of a tour guide is from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. However, to
have a more complete experience, we recommend hiring a professional tour guide.

Following the norms of conservation of the area, the continuous use of generators are prohibited, which makes the powering of A/C units impossible. Within this regulation, we have been able to implement ceiling
fans that run 24 hours a day, thanks to a power storage system.

The hotel was created from the push of explorers and archaeologists of the time, who dedicated their mind, soul and body to not lose any details in the natural surroundings. We invite you to disconnect from technology and let yourself be carried by the enigmatic and hallucinating Tikal. If you wish to watch a movie, ask about our conference room.

Tikal National Park forbids the entrance of animals in the 576 square kilometers of the natural reserve, reason why we cannot allow pets in the hotel. We appreciate your understanding.

The check-in is at 15:00 hrs and the checkout is as 11:00 hrs .

We can gladly temporarily save you luggage in our warehouse while you visit the park, rest in our pool or any other activity in the hotel.

Every shuttle is linked to the most of the flights coming from Guatemala City. The cost is US$15.00 per person for a one-way trip and $25.00 per person round trip. Schedules are subject to changes.
